Midday Reset

Midday Reset is a 40-minute online session designed to help you step out of the busyness of the day and reconnect with yourself.

With a focus on nervous system regulation, grounding, and overall reset. Each session may include gentle movement, simple spinal mobility, and breathwork. 

This class is open to all levels. 

Every Tuesday at 12.30 - 13.10 (CET)
