I’m Ailsa, a certificate yoga teacher with a background in communication, travel and holistic wellbeing.
Yoga has been a grounding practice in my life, especially during periods of movement, change and living abroad.

My approach is calm, intuitive and body-aware. I focus on creating safe, welcoming classes where you don’t need to “perform” — just breathe, move gently and listen to your body.
