I offer gentle and accessible yoga sessions, adapted to different bodies, levels and daily needs.

All classes are beginner-friendly and adapted to the energy of the day.

Hatha Yoga
Slow and mindful movement, focusing on alignment, strength and flexibility

Yin & Deep Stretch
Longer holds and passive poses to release tension, calm the mind and support recovery

Nervous System Regulation
Breath-led practices designed to relax the body, reduce stress and bring balance

I’m Ailsa, a certificate yoga teacher with a background in communication, travel and holistic wellbeing.


Yoga has been a grounding practice in my life, especially during periods of movement, change and living abroad.

​

My approach is calm, intuitive and body-aware. I focus on creating safe, welcoming classes where you don’t need to “perform” — just breathe, move gently and listen to your body.
