I offer gentle and accessible yoga sessions, adapted to different bodies, levels and daily needs.

All classes are beginner-friendly and adapted to the energy of the day.

YOGA TYPES

Every Tuesday a 40 minutes session designed to help you step out of the busyness of the day and reconnect with yourself.

Hatha Yoga
Slow and mindful movement, focusing on alignment, strength and flexibility

Yin & Deep Stretch
Longer holds and passive poses to release tension, calm the mind and support recovery

Ailsa Seco Yoga Teacher

I’m Ailsa, a certificate yoga teacher with a background in communication, travel and holistic wellbeing.


Yoga has been a grounding practice in my life, especially during periods of movement, change and living abroad.

My approach is calm, intuitive and body-aware. I focus on creating safe, welcoming classes where you don’t need to “perform” — just breathe, move gently and listen to your body.

Training: 

  • 200h Hatha Yoga Teacher Training at Tirth Yoga, Varkala, India (November 2025)

  • 50h Yin Yoga Training at Tirth Yoga, Varkala, India (December 2025)
